WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later payment service that allows eligible customers to split the cost of a purchase into four payments over six weeks.

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

Add your items to your bag and proceed to checkout. Select Afterpay as your payment method, then log in to your existing Afterpay account or create a new account.

Once approved, your order will be placed and your payment schedule will be provided by Afterpay.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

The first payment is generally charged at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are automatically charged approximately every two weeks using your selected payment method.

Your payment schedule and due dates are managed by Afterpay and can be viewed through your Afterpay account.

ARE THERE ANY FEES?

Afterpay does not charge interest or account fees when payments are made on time.

Late fees, eligibility criteria and terms and conditions apply. Credit checks may also apply. Please review Afterpay’s current terms before purchasing.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE AFTERPAY?

You must be at least 18 years old and meet Afterpay’s eligibility requirements.

Afterpay assesses each purchase at checkout. Approval and available spending amounts are determined by Afterpay. Major cannot approve an application, change a spending limit or modify a payment schedule.

Afterpay will appear at checkout when it is available for your order and location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Once your Afterpay payment has been approved, your order will be processed according to Major’s usual processing and shipping timeframes.

We make every effort to dispatch orders received before 12:00 pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT, as applicable) on the same business day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Orders received at or after 12:00 pm Melbourne time, on weekends, or on Victorian or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Using Afterpay does not delay your order or change the shipping service selected at checkout.

HOW DO RETURNS & REFUNDS WORK WITH AFTERPAY?

Purchases made using Afterpay remain subject to Major’s Returns & Exchanges Policy, including all return eligibility requirements and timeframes.

If your return is approved for a refund, Major will submit the refund through Afterpay. Afterpay will adjust your remaining payment schedule or return eligible amounts already paid to the card used for your payments.

Depending on your financial institution, an approved refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your card.

Your original Afterpay payment schedule will continue until the return has been received and the refund has been processed. Please continue making scheduled payments unless Afterpay confirms that your payment schedule has changed.

If an Australian size exchange is approved, your existing Afterpay payment schedule will generally continue because a refund has not been issued.
