EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This policy applies to eligible customers in the European Union where EU consumer law applies to their purchase.

It supplements Major’s Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. If this policy conflicts with Major’s general returns process, this policy applies to the extent required by applicable law.

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

You have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you—or a person nominated by you—receives the order.

If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the final item is received.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Major before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Email customercare@majorthelabel.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The item or items covered by the withdrawal

• Your delivery address

• The date the order was received

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but using the form is not compulsory.

Major will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not return goods to Major’s general business address unless instructed to do so.

Your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on Major approving the request, provided valid notice is given within the required period.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

After notifying Major of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

The return deadline is met if the parcel is lodged with the postal or delivery carrier before the 14-day return period expires.

Please retain your lodgement receipt and tracking number as evidence of return.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless Major agrees otherwise or applicable law requires Major to cover the cost.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Major is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit where this is not caused by Major.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.

Where possible, goods should be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered

• With original tags attached

• With their original packaging

• Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, smoke, body odour, pet hair and other marks

• With any applicable hygiene seal or protective liner intact

Failure to meet these conditions does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal, but Major may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.

REFUNDS

Where a valid withdrawal applies, Major will refund payments received for the eligible goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as Express Shipping, the additional delivery cost is not required to be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Major will not charge a refund fee.

Major will process the refund within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. However, Major may withhold the refund until:

• The returned goods have been received; or

• You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Customs duties, import taxes or charges paid directly to a customs authority or third party are not refunded by Major. You may need to request reimbursement from the relevant authority.

SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

A promotional discount, sale price or FINAL SALE label does not remove a statutory EU right of withdrawal where that right legally applies.

Eligible sale and FINAL SALE goods may therefore be withdrawn from under this policy unless a recognised legal exception applies.

EXCEPTIONS

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed

• Other goods or circumstances excluded under applicable consumer law

For hygiene-sensitive products—including underwear, swimwear and bodysuits—the exception applies only where the product was supplied sealed and the relevant hygiene seal or protective liner was removed, altered or damaged after delivery.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or incorrect.

If an item has a problem, email customercare@majorthelabel.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
